These rules and terms, together with the Competition Announcement, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of this site, are the 'Prize Draw Rules', and apply to this prize draw. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

The Competition is organized by Frame It Conservatories Ltd (hereinafter: "The Company")

The company reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and the Competition Rules at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Competition Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

The company reserves the right to disqualify without further explanation any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Rules.

In no event shall the company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or damages whatsoever resulting from loss of profits, revenue, earnings, incurred by you or any third party, whether in action of contract, negligence or tort, arising from entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

Entry to the draw is as follows

The start date is 7th November 2007.

Signed contract completed, deposit paid and entry form signed by a member of staff.

The company will disqualify any entries that have not paid the final balance of all outstanding monies owed on completion to the company or any of it's associated trades people.

The Prize Conservatory Description Is As Follows

Edwardian Full Height Conservatory In White PVCU (W 3.00m, L3.00m, H2.94m) features French doors with a multipoint locking system, toughened glass (compliant with British safety standards BS 6206A), two opening windows for additional ventilation and is supplied with all fixings, sealants, rainwater goods and flashing tape in white pvcu and white handles. The base will be laid to existing prepared ground incorporating a maximum height of 3 bricks. It does not include any lighting, heating, electrical works, floor coverings or room fixtures or fittings.
The company reserves the right to deem any conservatory as different from the prize conservatory if it does not comply with the description.

There is no closing date for the receipt of all entries it is based on the first 30 customers that have had a conservatory supplied and installed by the company and it has been paid for in full.

The prize draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18 with a permanent UK address,

Exempt are employees of the company and any other affiliated companies or suppliers, their families or anyone directly connected with the prize draw.

The prize draw will take place only when the 30th customer has paid their final balance.

The prize draw will be made by the highest ranking officer (the judge) of the company on duty on the day of the draw.

The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The name of the winner will be made available on the companies web site.

The winner will be notified by telephone or post within 14 days of the draw.

If the winner has had the exact conservatory detailed in the terms of this competition, The winner will receive a full refund. If the winner chose any other conservatory the winner will receive a cheque from the company for the total refund amount of £5000.

The prize is non-transferable.

The winner must own and be a resident in the property in which the conservatory has been installed

The winner must also be the same person in which the contract was first entered into.

The winner must be willing to have their name published and may be asked to participate in post-event publicity.

All complaints about these RULES must be made in writing before the draw takes place and addressed to Draw Complaints, Frame It Conservatories Ltd, Unit 3 Bratham Mill Ind Est, Bergholt Rd, Brantham, Essex, CO11 1QT
